I often find in working with people, that most of their stress results from a


lack of vision. When one lacks vision, he or she is left with the alternative; re- acting to life instead of proactively liv- ing life. When we react, we do the same things over and over while wishing the results will turn out differently. What does balance mean to you?


If you don’t know, how will you ever achieve it? You only have so many hours in the day, so there is a good chance you can’t get everything done. You have to decide what is important and what is not. When you decide what is most impor- tant to you, you might have to give up some things or delegate them to some- one else. In your quest for balance, you may


find some things you really love to do in life and want to spend a lot of time in

those areas. In those cases, being out of balance isn’t all that bad. In fact, for you, it’s being in balance!
