Chocolate Easter Nests H
ere’s how easy it is to make Chocolate Easter Nests for your friends and family
Ingredients 75g/3oz butter 100g/4oz golden syrup 60g/2½oz milk chocolate, broken in pieces 50g/2oz rice krispies 30 sugar-coated mini chocolate Easter eggs or instead of using golden syrup and chocolate, why not try mars bars!
Method 1. Put the butter, golden syrup and chocolate into a small saucepan and melt together over a low heat. 2. Take the mixture off the heat and stir the rice Krispies. 3. Place ten paper cake cases onto a baking tray bun tin. 4. Fill the paper cases with the chocolate rice krispie mixture and make a hollow in the centre of each and fill the nests with three mini Easter eggs. 5. Place in the fridge to set.
