Launch of the ‘D’ Dwyers & Co innovate with a new sub-brand.

remium Golf Brands, the owners of Dwyers & Co, has announced the launch of a sub- brand called the D Collection. Te D Collection has been developed by the company’s in-house design team as a direct response to demand from agents and retailers for a complete capsule collection aimed at a trendy golfer looking for urban golf apparel. Dwyers & Co has quickly built


a reputation as an expert trouser brand, but its designers and tailors have proven their ability reaches way beyond this with the D Collection. Tere are two colourways for this first collection – Vintage and Oxford Blues. As well as trousers and shorts,


there are striped and plain polo shirts, buttoned gilets, sweaters, a fantastic belt and a variety of headwear. All are designed to work equally as well as individual items as they do in a complete outfit. Te brand has its own distinctive logos as well; a simple ‘D’ from the original brand logo as portrayed on


the funky belt buckle and a crest with a popular distressed look as seen on the headwear collection. Te influence of high street


fashions is clearly evident in the D Collection, but the golf heritage of the brand is still much in evidence. Grahame Jenkins, MD of Premium Golf Brands, said: “Golf is at the heart of every decision that we take, so it was important that our design team stayed focussed on creating a golf fashion range even though we wanted to create a completely new look. Te D Collection does appeal to a different kind of player, but we are confident that it will thrive.”
