Kabasa at Liskerrett Community Centre. Carn to Cove presents Kabasa the South West’s premier salsa orchestra for an evening of Afro-Latin dance music and songs to keep your feet moving. Kabasa are based in west Cornwall and are an eight piece party band with a sunny, warm, brassy sound, mellow vocals and hot percussion. First Impressions Workshop 10am -3.3.0pm approx Mount Edgcumbe House & Country Park - using the simple, but highly effective method of collagraph, create a printing plate to use on the intaglio press and turn your plate into beautiful prints. Small group numbers ensure time and space to develop your ideas to the full, whether a beginner or more experienced artist. Most materials will be provided, but a list of any additional requirements will be provided when booking. Cost £30 tea and coffee will be provided.
