Cooper Lighting has launched the latest version of its Lighting Solutions catalogue, which provides comprehensive technical information on the company’s entire range of lighting products. The new site gives good, precise information on the company’s range of energy saving kits and the unique Venture lamp technology. A simple change to upgrade a system can be achieved by using a lower wattage lamp along with Venture’s control gear, which can significantly reduce overheads with a saving of up to 50 per cent on overall costs.

The KNX Association introduces the latest generation of the KNX ETS (Engineering Tool Software) programming tool. ETS supports KNX installations and it has now been redesigned with the inclusion of many new functions. The new generation ETS 4 was presented as a Beta version at Light+Building and it makes it possible to implement KNX projects more easily. Furthermore, the use of a standardised open interface allows the exchange of ETS data and integration with other applications.
