authorization form An immunization form will be mailed to you upon acceptance for admission to BHSU. This form must be completed and returned prior to registering for classes.

Take the ACT/SAT test List Black Hills State University
Complete the following high school courses with a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 2.0: • 4 years of English • 3 years of mathematics (algebra or higher level) • 3 years of laboratory science • 3 years of social science • 1 year of fi ne arts
Meet one of the following requirements: • Minimum cumulative high school GPA of 2.6 • Minimum composite ACT score of 18 (SAT score of 870 or above)
• Rank in the top 60% of high school class Transfers
Transfer students with 24 or more credit hours are eligible for admission if they: • Have a cumulative college grade point average (GPA) of 2.0 or higher.
• Are in good standing with the most recently att ended college or university (high school performance will also be considered for applicants with less than 24 credit hours).
ACT or SAT scores are only required if the applicant is under 22 years of age.
Transferring from a South Dakota public university?
* Apply early to ensure a complete review of your application and all supporting documents. Applications for admission are evaluated on an individual basis. Admission decisions are based on your high school credentials and ACT or SAT scores.
If you att ended (USD, SDSU, NSU, DSU, or SDSM&T) within the past three semesters (including summer):
