As an independent supply fair for aerospace industry, Airtec 2010 will once again become a
meeting place for the supply industry and the top supply chain management.
2-4 November at the Exhibition Centre Frankfurt, say that the event is experiencing increasing growth due to the participation of top managers throughout the global aerospace supply chain. The organisers go on to note that

in comparison to the same period last year, the event has doubled the number of exhibitors and tripled the exhibition space. Overall, exhibitors and visitors from 45 nations are expected to attend the event, which demonstrates that Airtec attracts a high percentage of international participants. Airtec is a blend of trade exhibition,
technical conferences and integrated B2B meetings and enjoys a high presence of OEMs, engine manufacturers and system suppliers with their supply chain management. This strengthens the event as an independent supply fair for aerospace. At Airtec, exhibitors meet with supply
chain, procurement and programme managers and project engineers at OEMs, as well as system suppliers from around the world. At the fifth anniversary of Airtec, exhibitors will
he show organisers of Airtec 2010, the International Aerospace Supply Fair, taking place from
be awarded with the Airtec Award in gold, silver and bronze for their special innovations and achievements in aerospace. Furthermore, high profile conferences will be held during the show.
Four international conferences The event also presents four international conferences. Besides the international conference ‘Supply on the Wings’, Airtec provides international conferences along with the HELI World theme park, the UAV World theme park and the new SPACE World. In addition, a workshop on quality management will be taking place. Within hall 11 and the Portalhaus,
Airtec’s integrated B2B Meetings provide an ideal atmosphere for intensive business and technical project conversations. The B2B meetings are held during the exhibition in 30 minute intervals and only visitors of supply chain managers, project and programme managers and engineers in research and development of OEMs, engine manufacturers, first tier suppliers and other supply levels may arrange conversations on the B2B platform with the exhibitors. The theme park HELI World takes place for the second time at Airtec.
Invited as exhibitors to the park, helicopter industry companies include manufacturers, operators, suppliers, universities and institutions. Well known names, including several Russian helicopter manufacturers and one of the world’s largest, will be represented. The HELI World conference shows a
successful development and takes place using the slogan ‘Helicopter technologies and missions’. The conference covers all aspects of the helicopter industry – from design and structures, communication and navigation to transport and forest fire fighting. The UAV World theme park will
take place for the fourth time under the slogan of ‘UAS Technologies and Missions’, and involves specialist suppliers in the fields of electronics and sensor technology measurement, such as Rockwell Collins and CAE Electronics Those represented include DLR in cooperation with MAVinci and The National Aviation University of Ukraine. Furthermore, current and future developments will be discussed by renowned experts from Germany and abroad. The UAV World conference will cover all topics from design, engineering and sensor technologies to ‘sense and avoid’, communication and navigation.
