Incredibly Delicious R Directions


Corn, edamame and beans should all be cooked and ready to go (organic canned or organic frozen and then steamed for 5 minutes). Combine the beans with the minced onion, tomato and cilantro. Dress the salad with olive oil, lime zest, lime juice and generous salt and pepper. This will taste yummiest if it can sit for a few hours so the flavors can blend. Yum yum!!


MORELLA’S BEAN SALAD Ingredients


2 cups sweet corn 1 cup edamame 1 cup pinto beans 1 big handful of cilantro minced ¼ cup minced red onion 2 medium tomatoes diced 2 limes (zest one of the limes before juicing) 2 tablespoons olive oil Sea salt


Bit of pepper


DAVE’S SALAD DRESSING Ingredients


2 cups walnuts 2 cloves of garlic Juice of 1 lemon Sea salt to taste (approximately 3 tsp) 1/2 cup of water or more if you like a thinner dressing
