Dear HH- I never understood the dat- ing do and donts, I always just followed my heart even if my best friends said not to, but that's just who I am. I'm now find-
ing another whole set of rules I'm completely be- hind the times with and finding myself clueless and unsure of what the dos and don't are in rela- tion to facebook and dating. The whole relation- ship status thing.... do I really have to? And why must I know about other peoples? It all seems so cold. Is facebook really something I'm supposed to worry about beyond meeting his family and talk- ing about where our relationship is headed? Sincerely,

I have a feeling the maker of facebook wasn't sitting in his college dorm staring out the window saying to him- self "now how can i make people lives more complicated and frustrating ESPECIALLY their love lives!" but such is life we as human beings want to make anything fun and resourceful and turn it into a stress or worry when really RELAXXXXX its just facebook!!! 1. Relationship status's are not created by the devil, don't let them taunt and scare you. Now I have always been a hater of it myself, but I've come to tolerate it all in my own way, for one thing i don't have a problem with married folks professing their love for their long time lover, but I do have a problem with people you know are obviously going through a rough patch and one day "In a relationship" to the next day "single" to the next "its complicated"..... REALLY?!??! why must you want to share with us the worst part of love? please keep it to yourself till you and your partner have figured it all out. Now the upside to the relationship status, when you see the said idiot at the party, now you know DONT bring up the subject of the chick that just dumped him, instead bring your slutty friend as a rebound for him(we all have at least one slutty friend!) and see now your using the sta- tus and its not using you! In the end use the relationship status update with caution.
