She offers a range of lectures focusing on her own garden (featured widely on tv and in magazines) and on glorious and curious gardens encountered during her career. Having made a series of films at Hestercombe Gardens she also gives a personal insight into its eighteenth century landscape garden and world famous Edwardian garden.
Rebecca’s wildlife gardening lecture, based on her garden, illustrates how you can have an attractive garden whilst at the same time benefiting nature.

An illustrated talk that covers the techniques of rug weaving and dyeing with plants as well as the designs and some acquaintance with the people, its history and traditions. Alain also talks on his involvement and work with the people, the ethics of running a Fair Trade business trying to make a difference since 1979.
Alain Rouveure was awarded the “WorldAware 2000” award for Fair Trade and was the subject of two half- hour documentaries by Carlton TV.
Talks can be held at the Alain Rouveure Galleries. There is a coffee shop and 2-acre garden to visit. Packages available on request
