Wizard will be presenting their new CMC Model 9000 at the fair. The 9000 with ‘MatDesigner’ 6.0 software increases mat design options for custom picture framers with eight cartridges, including three new options for drawing lines and decorations, cutting thick materials and cutting intricate designs with steep bevels. It is understood the CMC 9000 cuts up to 50 cm per second and features
Wizard’s unique ‘SwitchBlade’ technology [SBT], a quick, snap-in cartridge system. It is further understood the SBT off ers tool-free cartridge changes for creating openings, debossed designs, line drawings and intricate cut designs such as ‘CutArt’ and letters. The eight cartridge options for the CMC 9000 include: pen, 45-degree,

International Graphics will be launching 294 new images in their tremendously successful Print On Demand [POD] range and these will all be included in a second POD catalogue to complement the fi rst one launched at the beginning of the year. In addition they will be showcasing both new and existing artists, such as the best-selling Isabelle Zacher- Finet, pictured is her ‘Le Jour en Rose I’, referenced IG4141. “The POD range gives both IG and our customers much greater fl exibility and choice”, says owner Lawrence Walmsley. “We are able to give more prominence to new, upcoming artists and it gives our client’s the ability to choose a picture in almost any size they like, on paper or canvas.” Further, and in addition to the POD range, IG are publishing a supplement of 123 new images over all formats in their standard art print range from 28 artists, 9 of whom are brand new! Photography again features well, with 4 new black/white images from Butcher, another 6 from Parisienne Anne Valverde and 4 stunning views from new photographer Steger. In other categories there are 4 new fl orals from Zacher-Finet, new nature pictures from Beck and stylishly diff erent New York and US images from new artists MN.FF and Aurélien Terrible.
