Congratulations to Jordana Ferris on her promotion to Branch Manager in the Bay office and to Robyn Gittins on her appointment to Branch Manager in the Roath Lettings office. Also well done to Helen Corsi who has been appointed as chair of ALMA (the Association of Lettings and Management Agents) the body which encourages best practice in the lettings sector throughout South Wales. This is our second formal industry appointment as Head of Lettings Kate Hayden, has been the South Wales Representative for the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA) for 2 years. And it’s not just the staff who have been busy bees - Director Nick James will be writing a weekly proper ty column in the South Wales Echo... so pick up a copy for news, views and industry advice.
