“I started training at Punch about two years ago. I was 49, with a relatively active lifestyle, but after having three children in my 30's, I managed to put on 45 pounds over my ideal body weight. I began a strict diet and lost 25 pounds but still felt un-toned and out of shape. A friend pushed me into coming to Punch. I began with 1/2 hour private sessions for a couple of months, eyeing the circuit class nervously, imagining I would never have the stamina to do a whole 45 minutes. But


I stuck with it and gradually worked up to a habit of three or four circuits a week. I have lost 20 more


pounds at Punch and have gone from a size 10 to a size 4. But most important, I look fit and toned, I feel strong and energetic, and I'm in the best shape of my life. I have loved Punch Gym.
