Capture the Spirit Mememe is embodying the spirits of Renaissance romantics,


Greek goddesses and Bohemian beauties as it launches a dramatic new brand identity. The brand’s new motto, ‘Free Spirits Only,’ is designed to celebrate individualism and encourage consumers to free their minds and spirits with a brand that ‘knows no rules’. The guardian of the new motto is Mememe’s cherub; an endearing Renaissance character associated with romance, love, peace and prosperity.


Mememe is unveiling its unique new style with a product launch every month until 2011 and will be available in Superdrug stores nationwide.


In Autumn it is introducing ‘Blush Me’ blusher boxes in four fl attering tones, each containing a full face mirror and soft, shaped application brush. ROCK AND ROLLING FAKE BAKE


The fake tanning gurus at Fake Bake have teamed up with music legends MTV to offer those who receive a Fake Bake spray tan, or purchase a Fake Bake product, the opportunity to win VIP tickets to Ibiza Rocks.


The rockin’ marketing exercise involved 2000 salons across the UK, each of which displayed MTV’s Ibiza Rocks poster in their windows, advertising MTV and Fake Bake’s slogan, ‘Less Clothes and More Music’!


Fake Bake’s involvement and logo has also been fl ashing across MTV’s screens throughout August, as consumers were given the opportunity to apply to the competition online.
