he Body Mind Spirit Expo, devoted to natural health and personal growth, will take place on October 2 and 3 at the Doubletree Hotel in Mission Valley. Susie Prestidge, RN, of Reconnective Healing San Diego, will offer Reconnective Healing sessions. Prestidge will teach attendees about Reconnective
Healing and offer 30-minute mini-sessions for $35. She will be available to answer questions in booth number 7. From 5 to 6 p.m., October 2, Prestidge will present a lecture, “The Healing Frequencies,” in room number 2, during which she will send out frequencies to everyone in attendance.
