F A SHION EX TRA On trend

September equals London Fashion Week. Frankie Palmer showcases three key looks for autumn/winter 2010

designer SHADES OF GREY Designer: Pringle of Scotland High Street: French Connection trousers £75

Grey is officially the new black this season. Tailored pieces were seen on the catwalks of Marc Jacobs and Pringle. It’s better to stick to minimal pieces like sharp cut blazers and chic trousers. These trousers from French Connection are perfect for the office during the day followed by dancing into the night.

LEOPARD PRINT

Designer: Balmain High Street: Next faux-fur coat £55

Leopard print is dominating the catwalks and now our high street this autumn. From clashing animal prints to tailored suits, this look can give any outfit sex appeal. Next are championing the trend with this figure hugging coat, wear with a pencil skirt and heels to be bang on trend.

THE NEW BOHO Designer: Erdem High Street: M&S dress £45

There’s a new sophisticated edge to the Boho look. Gone are gypsy skirts and hippy blouses; in are billowing floor-length dresses in faded floral prints. This M&S dress would look great with faux fur or layered with a chunky knit.
