GUEST EDITOR H
i there vintage lovers and welcome to the very first issue of Vintage Ink!
We all have one love in common, the vintage scene. Be it the way we wear vintage fashion, the vintage cars we drive, to the vintage style artwork we wear on our skin.
In this time we live in there is an influential cross over between our vintage inspired lives and tattoos, where people find some of their inspiration from artists like ‘Sailor Jerry’ and for me ‘Cindy Ray’. This is truly a fabulous way of life to be part of!
I am both excited and privileged to be part of this auspicious new maga- zine that is VINTAGE INK and hope you encompass it into your lives as we start this fabulous journey together!

EDITOR IN CHIEF I
t’s unbelievable just how many people are into vintage style and tattoo art!
After the successful launching of Vintage Life Magazine, we noticed that so many of our models into their vintage clothing, hair and make-up, were also heavily into tattoos. It was an interesting sub genre mix! We did our research and realised this was no small trend! So what is it? We found out that the old school glamour of the vintage style complimented the ink, in a way that gave it its very own
style...and here it is, in one magazine
...Vintage Ink.
This issue is a subtle introduction of things to come. There will be a number of new features introduced
throughout the coming issues. We will be adding a “Reader’s Tattoo and Style” section, where you can send in your own images to be published, plus coverage from various tattoo conventions and vintage events! I will let you discover the other com- ing features for yourself when you turn the pages of the next few issues! If you have any ideas you would like us to include or try out, we’re all ears. We want to make this maga- zine for you, so please do share your thoughts!
I look forward to hearing from you.
