Fundraising news Christingle


We have been working closely with the Liturgical Office of The Catholic Bishops’ Conference of England and Wales to develop a Christingle liturgy. Christingle is a festive celebration, which brings together family and friends of all ages. It can be held from Advent to Candlemas, and is designed to communicate the Christian message in an inspiring way to adults and children alike. It is also a great way to raise awareness and funds for the work of Depaul UK.


Christingle services, involving local schools, will be held in: St George’s Cathedral, Southwark – Advent 2010, Monday 13 December, 10.00am Middlesbrough Cathedral– Epiphany 2011, date TBC Westminster Cathedral– Candlemas 2011, date TBC Leeds Cathedral– date TBC
