Martin Campbell


Martin is the other half of artisan-food.com. He does photography, video and web development, and also


runs cumbrialive.tv. He is quite often spotted with his head in a waterfall or his snowboard on Skiddaw.


Peter Sidwell Peter runs the Good Taste café in Keswick and is a lover of Cumbria and Cumbrian food. Peter has written cook books, including Simply Good Taste, and does lots of cookery demonstrations.


Caroline Watson


Caroline and her husband Jon farm at Yew Tree Farm near Coniston. She is passionate about sustainable meat and also likes to foray for fresh food from fells and vales.
