TAI CHI


Learn routines from the West End & the movies, including Chicago, Hairspray & Mamma Mia. Bring jazz shoes or trainers.


Revitalise, Rejuvenate & Relax; a sociable and enjoyable dance class for over 50s.


Feel the South American rhythms & learn to dance Salsa. Great exercise and a fantastic way to meet new friends. But beware, salsa can be very addictive.


A dynamic yet gentle class which stimulates harmony of the mind and body, as well as developing flexibility, strength and toning muscles.


TANGO


Learn to lead, follow, embrace you partner and move with confidence. Friday’s session is a beginners class followed by practica.


TAP


Get those toes a tappin’ with these fun sessions, great for developing rhythm.


TRIBAL BELLYDANCE


Group belly dancing for women. Have fun, learn combinations and learn cue to direct the moves. Previous bellydancing is advantageous but not essential as we will learn exciting new belly moves. Big skirts, harem pants, bare feet, coin belts, smiles and sense of humour is all you need!!!! Come and join the fun. (Women only).


YOGA


A gentle approach to improving your fitness, energy levels & well-being. This lunchtime session will help you to build strength, focus and flexibility.


ZUMBA


ZUMBA is the new fitness sensation taking over the world! Latin & international music are fused to create an explosive, booty shakin’ party of a workout that burns 400 -1000 calories an hour and leaves you on a high!
