Welcome
We are delighted to announce the return of Aircraft Interiors Expo Americas to Long Beach, California, on September 14-16 2010, providing the only dedicated forum in the Americas region showcasing airline interior design and cabin systems engineering solutions
In just three days, over 3,000 industry professionals will come together to network and gain valuable insight on the latest developments for cabin management systems, seating products, advanced materials, galley equipment, lighting, intelligent design solutions and much more. After a hugely successful show in Hamburg in
May, the indications suggest that the interiors industry is looking positively towards the future and, as we prepare to capitalise upon this upturn, there will be plenty of activity and opportunity for forward thinking businesses who understand the new directions that are emerging, and are responding quickly and effectively to them. To keep abreast of this changing scene it is essential to be part of forums like Aircraft Interiors Expo Americas, providing airlines with the opportunity to find solutions to the problems they face, and to evaluate & source the latest innovations and cabin technology from the worlds’ leading interiors suppliers. A key component of this year’s event will be a
free three day strategic forum entitled ‘Flying in the 21st Century’ featuring high level speakers from OEMs, the regions carriers and leading aircraft interior design agencies. A combination of keynotes, case studies and panel discussions will combine to provide opinion and perspective on the future of the cabin interior, as well as offering strategic direction on the way forward. The forum will also include a selection of
presentations from leading suppliers, showcasing their cabin interior solutions.
The event is once again co-locating with the annual conference and exhibition for the World Airline Entertainment Association (WAEA), which has recently voted to change its name to The Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX) to better reflect the evolution in the industry that sees in-flight entertainment and connectivity (IFEC) providers working more closely with aircraft interiors specialists to improve the passenger experience. To further enhance the “passenger experience” supply chain on show in Long Beach, we are also delighted to be joined this year by the annual conference and exhibition of the International Flight Services Association (IFSA), serving the needs of airline personnel and in-flight caterers responsible for providing onboard services. The Americas region has never before had an opportunity such as this to address the key issues facing airlines and the “passenger experience” supply chain, and we hope that you are able to attend in order to play your part in this important industry gathering. Admission to Aircraft Interiors Expo Americas
is free and you are able to register on-line now at
www.aircraftinteriorsexpo-us.com.
We look forward to seeing you in Long Beach this September!
