Salem Chapter of the Red Hat Society. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, William


Kurgan of Salem; sons, Scott Kurgan and his wife Karen of Kingston, and Gary Kurgan and his wife Terri of Windham; sisters, Phyllis Gagnon of Pelham, and Janet Gray of Laconia; and five grandchildren, Josh, Alex, Katie, Zachary and Jessica.

Cynthia “Cindy” (Grady) Connatser, 52, of Pelham, died August 3, 2010, at her home, surrounded by her loving family, following a long battle with cancer. She was the wife of 30 years of Ronald L. Connatser.


Born in Boston, MA, September 23, 1957, the daughter of Leonard and Eleanor (Smith) Grady of Lynnfield, MA, she attended Lynnfield schools and was a graduate of Lynnfield High School. She then graduated from St.


Anselm College in Manchester with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. Besides her husband and parents, Cindy is survived by a daughter, Julie L. Connatser of Pelham; a son, Scott L. Connatser, also of Pelham; a sister, Christine D’Amboise and her husband Skip of Kingston; two brothers, Richard Grady of Tewksbury, MA, and Robert Grady of North Reading, MA; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Kenneth and Trula


(Lowe) Connatser of West Peabody, MA; and several nieces and nephews. For many years, Cindy was a Project Manager with Putman


Investments and more recently was a Program Consultant with Droste Consultants. She loved spending time with her family, particularly at their home on Lake Winnipesaukee. She was also an avid tennis player. Friends may call at the Pelham Funeral Home, 11 Nashua Road, Pelham from 4 to 8 p.m., Friday, August 6. A funeral service will be held at the Funeral Home on Saturday morning at 10 o’clock. Burial will be in the Gibson Cemetery, Marsh Road, Pelham.
