and Ben Rothman share more than a few similarities. However, what will stand out in August is that they will be the highest ranked members of their respective MacRobertson Shield teams. That fact carries more weight when you consider that they are all also the youngest members of their teams. They also share a common yet conflicting goal of ending the stranglehold that the experienced team from Great Britain has on croquet's ultimate trophy. From June through July, Robert, Paddy and Ben participated in a long, experimental discussion as a preview to the competition. So long in fact, that it saw interruptions by the British Opens and the interview only ended when each of them had to sign off and prepare to go after a little slice of history ...
