External component parts of FreshCase are supplied by 1st Packaging in Leighton Buzzard to Constellation Europe’s new manufacturing and distribution site Constellation Park,based in Avonmouth Bristol,where it is assembled. PP Logipal has signed up another customer in the food and drink sector after securing a new contract with Brecon Carreg, the Welsh natural mineral water producer. Brecon Carreg is sourced deep within the Brecon Beacons National Park, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Under the multi-year deal, IPP Logipal makes regular deliveries on a standing order basis to the company’s site at Trap, Camarthenshire, with the added flexibility of being able to react quickly to meet changes to the customer’s needs. Standard UK specification, four-way entry pallets are supplied from IPP Logipal’s regional stock management, refurbishment and distribution centre at Newport, Gwent. REDPACK SUPPLY TWO MORE HTS FLOW WRAPPING MACHINES


Redpack have won another major contract for two of their HTS Top Seal flow wrapping machines. The two HTS machines, one left hand and one right hand will be supplied with product conveyering and will be configured to wrap Polyolefin shrink film. Part of the supply includes an important new development; an integrated check weighing system that will take the place of the flow wrapping machine product outfeed, an arrangement that will greatly reduce the space


requirement of the flow wrapping lines. The Redpack supply will include product conveyors from the loading operators through the flow wrapping machines and will also convey the wrapped product to Redpack supplied shrink wrapping tunnels.
