A DMINISTRATIVE

Club Rules Apply to Club’s Terrace, Deck

W

hen viewing events in PGE Park from the Stadium Terrace or

Loprinzi Deck, members must remember that their actions are visible to the audi- ence and players in the park, as well as others seated around them. Unbecoming behaviors reflect poorly on Multnomah Athletic Club.

Spectators at the club should remove hats and stand silently during the playing of the national anthem. This includes those using spinning bikes or other athletic equipment on the lower deck. Cheering enthusiastically for one’s favorite team is part of the fun, but profanity and obscene gestures violate Club Rules. The House Committee may discipline members for such ill-mannered behaviors.

Cell phone conversations are prohib- ited on the Terrace during events in the stadium. Members should go to the lobby area to talk on their cell phones so they do not disturb other spectators.

The dress code for social areas applies

to the Terrace. That means athletic attire and rubber flip flops are not allowed. Juniors age 14 and older may be on

the Terrace without an adult, but children younger than 14 must be accompanied by a member age 18 or older. Parents are cautioned to keep young children in their seats to prevent accidents. Members are responsible for the behavior of their guests and may be disciplined if a guest violates Club Rules. Members must stay with their guests at all times in the clubhouse, and make sure to tell guests about dress code, cell phone restrictions and other pertinent rules prior to club visits.

Members are encouraged to immedi- ately report any rule violations or other problems they encounter on the Terrace. The Front Desk attendants are available to summon the manager on duty to handle the situation.
