BIOGRAPHY
There are a thousand ways to describe this up and coming singer/songwriter, but only one will truly do her any justice “Breathtaking”. She is Unique; only 20 years old, she comes from a
wonderful little town in Suffolk called Bungay, and has one of the most incredible voices the region has heard. She’s an extraordinary songwriter, a truly gifted songstress and an unbelievably talented harmonica player. Pinned loosely to acoustic, alternative and indie, her influences can range from anything between Stevie Wonder to Eva Cassidy and even has elements of an early Kirsty McColl. It’s hard to believe that her musical journey started in 2008, just two years ago, but has already played live on a weekly basis at Casa Mia Music Bar in Suffolk, before going on to win the Battle of the Bandstands competition produced by Rob Da Bank in Liverpool, opening up the
show in front of 2000 people for Mark Ronson! Ladies and gentlemen be upstanding for the remarkably unique Lisa Ambrose.
