Obituary Donald Botti
No minimum. Donald Botti, 81, of Hudson, died
July 23, 2010, at the Southern New Hampshire Medical Center following a brief illness. He was born May 13, 1929, in Lowell, MA, son of the late Richard and Charlotte (McVey) Botti. He was predeceased by his first wife, Lois “Pat” (Dodge) Botti and later by his daughter, Susan Redmond. Donald was the husband of Rose (Fournier) Lyon of Hudson. He lived
the majority of his years in Dracut, MA, and Salem before moving to Hudson in 2000. He was a member of the IBEW Local Union 103 as well as a lifetime member of the Salem-Derry Elks Lodge 2226. Donald enjoyed summering on Lake Winnisquam where he loved boating and spending time at his cottage. Besides his loving wife Rose, survivors include one son and a daughter-in-law, Steven and Lisa Botti of Dracut; a son-in-law, Lenny Redmond of Sandown; three grandchildren, Sara Redmond of Sandown, and Christina Botti and Haley Botti, both of Dracut; four stepdaughters and two stepsons-in-law, Donna and Edward Lessard of Hudson, Laurie Lyon of Montpelier, VT, Suzanne Lyon of Wakefield, and Christine and John Powers of Kensington; three sisters, Ann, Maureen, and Rita; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren. Visiting Hours were held in the Dumont-Sullivan Funeral Home, 50 Ferry Street, in Hudson. Burial was held in Richardson Cemetery in Dracut, MA.
