PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT


Performance in Lighting pools productive know-how and experience in strategic sectors like research, development and marketing. Product design is undertaken with the solid support of an internal structure that works with the most sophisticated CAD programs, compatible with all production phases. The design of the components that go into the finished luminaires is monitored down to the smallest detail of construction, and 3D simulation allows designers to evaluate the aesthetic qualities of the finished product before beginning the mass production phase.


SAFETY TESTS


For reliability and product duration tests, Performance in Lighting has internal


laboratories that operate with quality systems in compliance with the ISO 17025 norms.


These laboratories are accredited by the Istituto Italiano del Marchio di Qualità IMQ (Italian Mark of Quality Institute), and can produce and sign the technical documentation necessary for the issue of the European Certification ENEC 03. Products undergo the most rigorous testing procedures in terms of watertightness, duration in time, material safety, resistance to atmospheric agents and electromagnetic compatibility.

DESIGN


The design of Performance in Lighting products is protected from possible imitations through registration of the decorative model in all European countries and in leading extra- European countries.


WARRANTY


All products are covered by a 5-year warranty, provided that they are used and maintained according to instructions.


Consumable materials, such as bulbs, starters, electronic ignitors and reactors, which are compliant with warranty regulations issued by the European Directive on the subject, are not included in the warranty.
