As we get older the importance of staying active is paramount, so these classes focus on problem areas and help improve balance, coordination, flexi- bility, mobility, posture and muscle strength. Classes also bring many psychological benefits
from meeting new friends and getting out of the house, to socialising and having fun. One member of the seated exercise class said: “I

Nifty 50 classes are held at 10am on Thursdays
and Seated Exercise classes are held at 11.15am on Thursdays, both at St Peter’s Hall, 61 London Road, Wickford (opposite the doctor's surgery).
