Business Management Association of Business Executives Diploma with optional work placement (Level 4–5)


The Diploma allows you to broaden your knowledge and start to specialise. An ideal level if you are already in the sector and are seeking progression.


Course Content Part 1


Compulsory units:


• Economic Principles and their Application to Business


• Organisational Behaviour • Financial Accounting


• Quantitative Methods for Business and Management


Part 2 Compulsory units:


• Marketing Policy, Planning and Communication


• Human Resource Management


• Management in Action • Managerial Accounting


• Principles of Business Law


Assessment


Exam based. Exams take place twice a year: June and December.


Entry Requirements


Education: ABE Certificate or two A-Levels and four GCSEs at grade C or above or BTEC National award or equivalent NQF Level 3 qualification or overseas equivalent. Students with at least two years work experience can also apply even without any of the above qualifications.


Level of English: IELTS: 6.0 (minimum 5.5 in each section) or equivalent.


Career Opportunities ABE Advanced Diploma in Business Management or employment. Typical jobs for Diploma holders include marketing executive and management training roles.
