A thriving community closely connected to its historic downtown and natural assets is an achievable reality for Rockford. Te City’s remarkable natural advantages will be brought to the fore through a series of closely inter- connected public and private initiatives to encourage Rockfordians to use the river, parks, heritage properties, local businesses, and public spaces on a daily, weekly and annual basis.
