Employment Solutions Free professional skills training and support if you are out of work
Northampton College is working in partnership with Jobcentre Plus to offer a free individualised package for those who have been unemployed for six months or more.
We offer expert advice and guidance in job searching right through to the selection and interview process. We also offer a wide range of courses leading to a recognised qualification.
We offer you a high quality service that meets your individual needs at every step of the way. Advice and guidance includes:
• Support when completing application forms • Interview preparation and advice • Help in searching for jobs • CV advice
• Careers advice and guidance • Internet advice and support • Work experience and placements.
When you have enrolled onto the programme there are various qualifications you can follow free of charge.
These cover areas such as:
• Health and Social Care • Hospitality and Catering • Business Administration and Accounts • Management and Leadership • Retail and Customer service • Coaching and Teaching (PTLLS)
