Leadership and Management
Fewer than 20% of managers hold a Management Qualification – get qualified through the CMI and Northampton College.
As the accredited centre and strategic partner for the Chartered Management Institute in Northamptonshire, we are able to offer the full range of CMI professional qualifications in Leadership & Management, from supervisory and first line management to strategic management and board level.
We provide a range of leadership and management development programmes, including:
• Short one day or half day workshops on a range of Leadership & Management topics
• Chartered Management Institute professional qualifications at Levels 3 to 7 (Supervisory, Middle to Senior Management and Director/ Owner-Manager roles)
• Discover more about Leadership, Teams, Personal Development, Performance Management, Information and Resource Management, Stakeholders, Marketing, Project Management and Recruitment
• Bespoke programmes tailored to your specific business needs
• Coaching and mentoring qualifications will also be available soon. We can work one-to-one with individual managers to help them discuss, consider, apply and evaluate their Leadership and Management skills.
