At Standard Publishing, we are excited about the future.


We are excited because we have a rich history of providing solid biblical content, and we will draw from that as we create new products for today’s church. Since 1866 we have been providing true-to-the-Bible, relevant resources that inspire, educate, and motivate people to a growing relationship with Jesus Christ, and we are passionate about continuing our mission through the next century.


Standard is clearly an integral part of our company name. Yet the word itself has many definitions. When used as a noun, the word standard signifies a flag or banner and becomes a basis of comparison for quality. It is from this definition of standard, and the verse found in Jeremiah 50:2, that we illustrate the Standard Publishing vision: to be a banner—something to hold up as a symbol of honor and excellence, a standard that others use as a comparison for quality and integrity.
