Zoe Girl is a Border Collie , born on a Fresno southwestside ranch where her parents herded cattle. As a young pup she was gentle in spirit but such a fanatic about tennis balls that when she caught scent of the green fibrous sphere it would send her into a frenzy trying to find it. At 9 years old she still is a competitive firecracker and a vital team member of Mutts in Motion Flyball club. We have shared many wonderful times traveling to tournaments up and down California and riding in style in our chartered buses to our performances. Zoe’s name means LIFE, (Greek origin) which she creatively expresses daily and has endearingly managed to wiggle herself into the hearts of her owners Sherri and Rick Dodd.
WHAT IS MUTTS IN MOTION
A fun-loving bunch of humans and canines who have been known as “Mutts in Motion” since 2004. Our founding members helped create the 2nd flyball club on the West Coast in 1985. We have come a long way since the day of the long-armed tuna can flyball box! We are proud that over half of our four-legged family members are rescues. In addition to our “fast and furious” Border Collies, Australian Cattle Dogs and Jack Russell Terriers, we enjoy the diversity and comic relief provided by our Pomeranians, Mini-Doxies,
