The sun is a dynamic body. Its properties can best be emulated by the daylight cube which is defined by the three elements, illuminance, colour of light and direction. All three parameters change constantly. These dynamic properties are our incentive for creating a new generati- on of luminaires: SL 624 and SL 730
These luminaires are ultra-flat and compact fluorescent long-field luminaires that can also be arranged as a continuous lighting system. Suitable free-standing and surface-mounted luminaires complete the range.
The triple lamp design allows us to represent at least 2 parameters of the sun’s dynamism: the illuminance level and the light colour.
The arrangement of lamps makes it possible to generate a high illuminance on the ceiling and to use two different lamp colours simultaneously. This arrangement generates ambient illuminance which varies in colour (warm-white and neutral-white) and intensity with the changing light of the day and at the same time constant natural task illuminance. The dynamism is not an obstacle anymore as both sources of light are separately dimmable. Single and twin lamp designs are offered additionally.
Illuminance
If there is a definition about dynamic light it should be SL 624 and SL 730.
