July 7 Lilith Lilith Tour, the women’s music-championing festival that became a pop-culture phenomenon in the late 1990s, is returning after a decade-long hiatus and will include a San Diego stop at Cricket Wireless Amphitheatre. The San Diego tour stop will be headlined by Sarah McLachlan, who launched Lilith Tour back in 1997.
