The FAS SPrint™ Bagging System brings new levels of speed and versatility to demanding packaging environments that require washdown procedures. Operating at speeds of up to 120 bags per minute in continuous mode, this state-of-the-art packaging system is designed to provide the ultimate in packaging functionality.
Uniquely designed to satisfy high-productivity requirements, the FAS SPrint™ presents a conveyor of pre-opened bags. The 1520mm load area provides ample space for one or more operators, and the ergonomic design provides close proximity of the product to the pre-opened bag. Additionally, the FAS SPrint™ can be integrated with a variety of automatic infeed systems and washdown-compatible inline imprinters for semi-to fully-automatic packaging of portion or bulk packs.
The FAS SPrint™ utilises modular components for ease of maintenance, and the entire load area tilts 90 degrees for access to all areas that require direct washdown. The rugged design incorporates corrosion resistant, stainless steel construction and IP56 electronics protection to ensure safe and reliable operation.
The 250mm AutoTouch™ Control Screen has intuitive software and simple menu navigation for easy access to real-time system status, job productivity statistics, and on-board diagnostics. Set-up parameters for up to 50 jobs can be stored and recalled, making job changeover fast and easy.
Genuine SidePouch™ bags offer a variety of special features, including reclosable zippers, resealable flaps, reinforced headers and tamper-evident perforations. SidePouch™ bags are available in an assortment of materials that can be pre-printed with high-resolution graphics, text and barcodes for unique, attractive packaging.
