Promotion for managing director EXETER AND CREDITON AREA
STEVE Daw, Managing Director of NPS South West Ltd, has been promoted to Southern Regional Director for the NPS Group. NPS South West Ltd is a joint
venture between Devon County Council and the NPS Group, formed in 2007, and Steve has been managing director since its inception.
The company provides a full range of consultancy property services for Devon County Council including integrated design, maintenance, asset management, sustainability advice, acquisition and disposals, land surveys, sustainability/ compliance advice and management of the county’s 70+ farms estate. In the South West, NPS has
delivered a number of award- winning schemes including the £45m new Bideford College. The NPS Group has enjoyed rapid growth in recent years, now with 28 offices in the UK, and is successfully expanding its client base in the South West.
Steve Daw explains: ‘The new group structure, under which three other regional directors have been appointed to cover the North East, North West and Central regions, is a pragmatic response to the company’s success and future development.’ Steve’s increased responsibilities now include the NPS Group’s London operations in Walthamstow and four companies the group has acquired including the structural and civil engineering company, Robson Liddle, in Exeter.
