Ayiti: The Cost of Life:
http://www.tiged.org/ayiti Global Kids’ Ayiti: The Cost of Life is a web-based, role-playing game in which the player assumes the roles of family members living in rural Haiti. Players must choose whether to maximize their family’s education, money, health or happiness, and then overcome the various obstacles that present themselves over the course of four simulated years. The game is supported by a series of workshop/classroom activities that explore the challenges of escaping poverty in the developing world.
Orange Revolution: Exploring Human Rights and Governance TIG, ABEL and TEACH Magazine are creating a new unit exploring issues of human rights, democratic reform and good governance using the Ukraine as a case study.
