OPERATION EYESIGHT UNIVERSAL is a Canada-based international development organization dedicated to eliminating avoidable blindness. Since 1963 this organization has brought sight-restoration and blindness-prevention treatment to many millions of people in the developing world.
Our Mission Operation Eyesight seeks to create high-quality eye care and community development programs that are self-sustaining and able to provide the best service for the world’s poorest people.
Our Resources DVDs – six videos of different lengths by filmmaker Rick Castiglione explain the ways in which Operation Eyesight is working to provide the ―best for the poorest‖ among people threatened by blindness and low vision
