GRAND DESIGNS
We have successfully operated from our Roath branch since 2001 when the oppor tunity arose to under take our very own grand design project by developing the neighbouring office we were “sold” on the idea! Practicing what we preach, the transaction went smoothly, and within days we were calling in the builders. Work is well underway and the new space which will more than double our footprint, will soon house a 12 strong team offering both lettings, sales, management and overseas, led by Roath office Manager/Head of Sales Helen Davies. The new office will mirror the cosmopolitan design of our Cyncoed branch featuring innovative technology and will open its doors to the public in June 2010.
