Dear Class of 2010, Congratulations on reaching one of life’s milestones: high school graduation. This achievement marks the close of an important and formative chapter in your life and the beginning of what will undoubtedly prove to be some very exciting years ahead. The Campbell staff and community have worked very hard to provide you with a range of learning opportunities, as well as provide you with the values we cherish at CHS. Prepared by these experiences, we hope you are ready to meet the many demands our nation and world will make of you. I ask that one year from now, you e-mail us and describe your experiences after high school. Be honest. Tell us
what we did well, but also tell us if there are some things we could do better. We will value that input and promise to put it to good use.
On behalf of the faculty and staff of Campbell High School, I wish you both happiness and success in all your future endeavors. Sincerely, Robert C. Manseau Principal, Campbell High School CHS Superintendent of Schools Cutler
To the Campbell High School Class of 2010, You are an amazing class that I have watched learn and mature over the past three years. I have found members of this class to be respectful, responsible, and caring about their fellow students, teachers, parents, and the community.
have been honored to serve as your Superintendent of Schools. I have seen you perform well in your Sophomore Projects, and have been humbled by your Senior Projects. You
have excelled in the classroom, on athletic fields, and participated in numerous service, unified arts, and honor clubs at the state level. Many of you have been accepted to multiple prestigious colleges and technical institutes, some have chosen to enter the armed forces, and some have chosen to enter the work force. All of you have the skills and abilities to succeed well into the future. The community and your parents have made sacrifices and commitments in the past 12 years to make sure that
you have had experiences and opportunities to be successful as an adult. You have honored your families and the community by your appreciation of these opportunities. I wish you great success in your future endeavors and I am proud of your accomplishments at Campbell High
School.
Respectfully yours, Elaine F. Cutler, Ed.D. Superintendent of Schools
CHS School District Chairman Miller
Congratulations to the Campbell High School Class of 2010! Campbell’s mission should be the backbone of your four years here at Campbell High School; “Campbell High School’s mission is to join together with parents, students, staff and community to become a collaboration of learners born of character, courage, respect and responsibility.” I believe each year’s graduation class is an affirmation of the community’s belief and support of this vision and can only be achieved through the hard work of students, staff and administration as well as community members. Graduation is the end to your high school career; some will tell you it is not an end, but the opening of the next chapter of your life. I think graduation from high school is just the latest of steps you will experience in life. You may not all reach the destinations which you are striving for, but remember the destination does not define you, or define success for you, but rather the collection of experiences, relationships and knowledge built up throughout your life will be what defines you. The Litchfield community has invested significantly in each and every one of you, in a variety of ways. Some “return on investment” has been received over the years through student accomplishments and growth in academics, theater, sports and community service. Students have taken on integral parts in musical and acting productions, lead the way in recycling initiatives at Campbell, and helped to replenish the Litchfield food pantry. There are also lesser publicized successes; high school students helping GMS and LMS students, becoming leaders in student government, and being a positive role model for others. Students continue to demonstrate outstanding skills and sportsmanship on and off the playing fields and courts, showing school spirit and sportsmanship can coexist in our high school environment. You complete for championships and yet consistently demonstrate, and are recognized for, high levels of sportsmanship.
Senior Projects demonstrate the wide array of talents and interests this class has, as well as pointing Starting December 2nd LLC

toward where your dreams and aspirations are leading you. You may collectively be the “Class of 2010”, but you are an amazing collection of individuals. As you leave CHS, I hope you recall and draw on your experiences here at Campbell High School. This graduating class holds a special place in my heart as I have a student graduating in this senior
class. My position and his involvement in activities has given our entire family a chance to know more of this class as individuals than any other class, for which I am extremely grateful. I know others are in the same position as I am and feel the same way. On behalf of all the residents of Litchfield and the entire Litchfield School Board, I congratulate you on your graduation and taking that next step in your lifelong journey of learning.
