There’s more to life in DuPage County

DuPage is Illinois’ second most populous county behind

Chicago’s home of Cook County, which borders DuPage County to the north and east. Together, the two counties account for over half of the state’s population. One of the nation’s wealthiest counties, DuPage is rich in

many types of commerce and is second only to Cook in tourism revenue. With its well-developed highway and mass transit system, DuPage is easily accessible from O’Hare and Midway Airports, as well as the City of Chicago. DuPage includes at least a portion or all of these 38 munici-

palities: Addison; Aurora*; Bartlett; Batavia; Bensenville; Bloomingdale; Bolingbrook; Burr Ridge; Carol Stream; Clarendon Hills; Darien; Downers Grove; Elk Grove Village*; Elmhurst; Glendale Heights; Glen Ellyn; Hanover Park; Hinsdale; Itasca; Lemont; Lisle; Lombard; Naperville; Oak Brook; Oakbrook Terrace; Roselle; Schaumburg*; St. Charles*; Villa Park; Warrenville; Wayne*; West Chicago*; Westmont; Wheaton; Willowbrook; Winfield; Woodridge; and Wood Dale.
