PROFILE - Will Rosier

Will left school after his A levels and took a year out before university. He worked at an outdoor education centre which he loved and he decided working with young people was the right vocation for him. A placement with an Autistic Spectrum Disorder Centre really interested him as an area for a career so he embarked on a study programme which has led him to the Foundation Degree so he can to back up his experience with qualifications. The course is directly related to Will’s work within the school setting and the theory is very useful in the classroom.

I am the first of my family to go to college or study at university level and my interests have developed into a rewarding career.
