The contest consists of the best lift and best ratio for men and women in multiple age groups. Each participant is allowed three lift attempts; however, once a person fails on a lift he or she is done competing. Results have been posted on the bulletin board on the basement level, and the top results are posted on the permanent plaque adjacent to the E&C Room. In the 2010 competition, Doug Douglass had the best lift in the men’s divi- sion at 425 pounds, and Dorothy Kemp had the best lift in the women’s division at 205 pounds. Congratulations to all partici- pants.
