The Lyle Rebbeck Trio

The Lyle Rebbeck Trio has been performing in Medicine Hat and area for many years, with its mix of standard jazz repertoire and original material. Expansions to quartet and quintet have happened on several occasions with various players, and the current ensemble is a fairly recent edition and one that has proven to be very successful. Members include local professional musicians Teague Bates on trombone, Lyle Rebbeck on piano, Kendra Fode on bass and James Evangelos on drums. The music is exciting and dynamic, with a variety of jazz, big band and Latin grooves.
