Mann and Overton in Scotland and now he has found suitable premises he is looking for the right people to staff them.
“Service to the driver will be key so I am looking for people who will deliver a consistently high level of service,” said Gary. “I want drivers to realise that whether they are buying a new or used taxi from Mann and Overton, having a vehicle serviced or buying parts from us, you matter to us.”
Gary believes that employing the right people will make Mann and Overton a huge success in Scotland.
“We already have a great product with the TX4, the only purpose-built taxi and by employing staff who understand about customer service will make it a winning combination.”
LTI announced in 2009 its plans to revitalise its network of service agents together with reorganising the Mann and Overton dealers. Mann and Overton Scotland will have sales points in Glasgow and Edinburgh as well as an increased number of service agents to look after customers’ cabs for servicing and repairs.
Gary’s recruitment drive in Scotland is the latest step in LTI’s and Mann and Overton’s plans for improving customer service.
“Drivers are always saying to me that the way they are dealt with before and after buying a vehicle is really important to them. That’s why I’m looking for vehicle technicians, parts’ men, administrators and salespeople with the same attitude as me to come and work for Mann and Overton Scotland.”

LTI Vehicles have not approved any ECU remap developed by Superchip or any other company.
LTI Vehicles has no knowledge of such upgrades, which claims to improve the vehicle’s power and fuel economy. Any alteration to the ECU will affect emissions of the engine, the engine performance and will affect the vehicles’ warranty.
