I am about to share with you one of the best-kept secrets of the creative world that may, quite possibly, change your life. Scrap stores are wonderful resources full of enticing odds and ends – and, like the Wombles, there’s probably one right under your nose that you never knew existed! Usually found off the beaten track, often in industrial estates, their humble exteriors belie the wonderful treasures that lie within. Believe me, once you’ve found them, you will be a convert for life.
