What is E-mag?

What are the benefits?
By improving the efficiency of the combustion process, E-mag reduces the harmful emissions caused by partially burnt fuel. This results in heating systems giving more heat, thus saving the amount of fuel used, and on vehicles it results in more power, more m.p.g., and lower emissions. In hard water areas E-mag reduces calcium build up in pipes and appliances.

Based in Larkhall, Ian Naismith provides Energy Assessor services across Scotland Commercial and New Build EPCs: It is
a legal requirement in Scotland to obtain an EPC for level 3 and 4 properties which are for sale or rental, with an internal gross area in excess of 50 square meters; and for large public buildings in excess of 1000 sq m. We provide the complete EPC service for all these requirements. The complexity and variety of commercial buildings means that a
quotation can only be provided once we know some details. If you require an estimate, please contact me and I will be pleased to assist you.
